Thank you for booking a delivery to our warehouse. We are located at 22 Thornton Crescent, Mitcham VIC 3132 in a shared warehouse space with DEFT Automation. 

Our warehouse doggo Dax is very friendly but does bark on arrival so please feel free to park in front of our roller door, beep your horn and we will come out to meet you.

Deliveries can be made between 9.30am and 11.30am on Tuesday and Fridays.  We understand that these times may not suit, and have introduced a new delivery slot of  8.00am-9.00am on the FIRST Saturday of each month BUT must be pre booked a week in advance. 

Where possible sorting and bundling your clothes into sizes really assists us.

DONATING AT TIMES OF LOSS

We are deeply grateful for the generosity and kindness of those who have thought of us during times of personal loss. The donations we’ve received from our community over the years have meant so much and have helped make a real difference in the lives of others, especially elderly individuals we support. At this time, however, we are no longer able to accept clothing donations from deceased estates due to changes in our storage capacity and the volume such donations generally involve. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support, and suggest donating to your local and trusted Op Shop.
