Duties & Responsibilities
Driver
As a volunteer driver, you would be responsible for picking up donations from private addresses and delivering them to HQ.
INVENTORY
Checking off items on an inventory list to ensure we know how the generosity flows!
QUALITY CONTROL
Ensuring the donations are suitable and in great condition for our families.
HAMPER HERO
Putting together our packs of clothing and food and filling requests from agencies.
Domestic HERO
Taking any washing home to launder IF we receive items that need a little more TLC.
KINDNESS KITS
Making up basic toiletry packs.
Generosity Greeter
Welcoming other Generosity Collective members during our specific annual drives and directing where to put their donations.
Computer Wiz
Basic data input to keep our inventory level updated.
Jack of all Trades
Anyone willing to give up their time to any task required.

Induction
All volunteers will be required to complete a short onboarding program, so you are aware of what our organisation does, our goal, and agencies we assist. It is paramount that we also ask all our volunteers to have a current WWCC (Working with Children Check) and supply a Police Check. We are committed to providing our staff, volunteers, and agency staff a safe and respectful work environment and only engage with volunteers whose values align with the dedication and professionalism of The Generosity Collective. After your induction you will be asked to sign a Volunteer agreement.
